Job Summary: An exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team promoting clinical packaging and supply chain services and engaging with pharmaceutical and biotech clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote clinical packaging services through client meetings, conferences, and hosting activities.
  • Engage with pharmaceutical and biotech clients to define packaging requirements and provide technical guidance.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet territory-specific commercial targets.
  • Collaborate with Proposal Development Coordinators to prepare accurate and client-focused proposals.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to clarify project specifications and ensure smooth execution.
  • Update proposals based on client changes and communicate revisions to relevant teams.
  • Work with Engineering and Operations to develop efficient packaging designs and source components.
  • Input proposal data into ERP system (COSMOS) for invoicing and material tracking.
  • Liaise with Finance to ensure account compliance and resolve billing issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of accounts and leads in CRM system and support long-term business planning.
