Job description

The primary responsibility of the role is to proactively acquire new-to-bank (NTB) customers with potential for Premier Banking relationships. In addition, the candidate will be expected to offer a comprehensive suite of retail and premier banking products, including but not limited to unsecured credit cards and insurance solutions tailored to the needs of targeted segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage affluent and mass market clients for Premier Banking sign-ups, leveraging leads from internal stakeholders, marketing campaigns, mortgage inquiries, employee banking events, networking sessions, and roadshows.
  • Participate in off-office hour activities, including weekends, as required for networking events, promotional campaigns, and roadshows.
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitor offerings, providing regular updates and conducting follow-up activities with target customer groups to strengthen product differentiation and competitiveness.

Requirement

  • Preferably at least 2 years of client acquisition experience in Banking domain
  • Strong self-discipline, independent and driven
  • Effective in communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Able to conduct sales and marketing calls though both face to face and non-face to face channels.
