Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the offshore and energy logistics sector
• Build and maintain strong relationships with drilling contractors, EPCs, offshore vessel operators, energy companies, and service providers
• Promote integrated logistics solutions, including:
  • Marine & port agency
  • Offshore & rig/vessel support
  • Project cargo management
  • Supply-base & warehouse coordination
  • Crew logistics & mobilisation services
• Develop tailored proposals, quotations, and commercial presentations
• Conduct market research, customer mapping, and competitor analysis
• Collaborate with operations and regional teams to ensure seamless execution and service delivery
• Attend industry events and client meetings to enhance business visibility and networks
• Provide regular commercial updates, sales forecasts, and market intelligence reports

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Maritime Studies, Business, or related disciplines
• 3–7 years’ commercial or BD experience in offshore logistics / marine services / oil & gas supply chain
• Established industry network is advantageous
• Good understanding of offshore vessel operations, rig logistics, and energy supply‑chain requirements
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-driven, commercially minded, and able to operate independently
• Willing to travel within the region when required
