Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within logistics, supply chain, and transportation sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with key accounts, understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with operations, marketing, and finance teams to structure proposals and negotiate contracts.
  • Develop strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify trends to optimize business strategies.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to promote the company and generate leads.
  • Prepare reports on sales performance, pipeline, and market opportunities for senior management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain services.
  • Strong understanding of logistics operations, supply chain solutions, and regional market trends.
  • Proven track record of achieving salestargets and growing client portfolios.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and business analytics is a plus.
