Business Development Manager
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our client base and grow revenue in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology solutions, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT and digital solutions sector (e.g., software development, IT services, cloud, cybersecurity, or enterprise solutions).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive landscape.
- Develop and present proposals, quotations, and solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry conferences.
- Provide regular business reports and forecasts to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales in the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of IT products and services such as software solutions, digital transformation, or managed services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proven ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales or enterprise-level clients.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI, Cloud, IoT, and Cybersecurity.
- Familiar with tendering and contract management processes.
