On behalf of one of its clients, a company with 30+ years of expertise in designing, building, and maintaining professional spaces, the French Chamber of Commerce is looking for a Business Development Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
- Enhance the company's brand reputation and market presence locally.
- Build and strengthen a network of local partners and consultants to boost brand identity.
- Identify and secure business opportunities (tenders/contracts) by leveraging relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, developers, project management firms, tenants, and architects.
- Provide regular reports to the International Direction on the commercial pipeline and business development progress.
- Collaborate with the Country Manager and local team to prepare technical and commercial proposals for tenders.
- Represent the company at key real estate industry events, both locally and internationally.
- Manage relationships with strategic partners alongside the International Team to expand the global client network.
- Work closely with the Global Business Development team to drive cross-selling opportunities across the company’s services.
