Job description
Relationship Management
  • Develop and execute business plans in collaboration with Business Banking teams.
  • Identify and explore cross-functional opportunities across business units and customer touchpoints.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders at various levels within the Bank.
  • Manage and optimize partnerships with business units to secure long-term collaboration and business growth.
Strategic Marketing
  • Co-develop marketingstrategies and campaigns with the Bank to achieve key performance indicators.
  • Plan and implement productsequencing strategies aligned with the Bank’s customer lifecycle
  • Launch acquisition(cross-sell) and customer management (up-sell) campaigns in a timely and structured manner.
Campaign Management
  • Coordinate with internaland external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Drive acquisition, customer retention, and conservation activities within budgetary controls.
  • Secure necessary approvals and clearances for campaign materials and initiatives.
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Underwriting
  • Underwrite generalinsurance commercial line products within authorized limits.
  • Provide quotations for newbusiness and arrange facultative support when required.
  • Ensure portfolioprofitability and maintain desired loss ratios.
  • Participate inunderwriting-related projects and tasks as assigned.
