Job summary

A leading catering services provider in Singapore is looking for a Business Development Manager to secure new business and manage project execution. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in the F&B sector and a strong commercial acumen. Responsibilities include developing strategies to meet revenue targets and improving project profitability. This position offers a competitive salary of UP $7500 and is based in Buona Vista.

Job Scope:
  • Business Development & Market Strategy
  • Find and secure new catering business from schools, corporates, campuses, and events.
  • Create strategies to meet revenue and profit targets while keeping a strong pipeline of clients and tenders.
  • Track market trends, competitors, and regulations to support business growth.
  • Project Execution & Contract Management
  • Lead pre-launch planning and manage projects from feasibility to handover.
  • Create pricing models, cost analyses, and SOPs to support scalable operations.
  • Prepare tenders, proposals, and contracts, including negotiating terms.
  • Work with various departments to ensure projects are delivered on time and transitioned smoothly to operations.
  • Performance Oversight & Continuous Improvement
  • Monitor post-launch performance and take action to protect profitability.
  • Support operational and financial goals with strategic guidance.
  • Help develop KPIs, reporting tools, and performance tracking.
  • Identify ways to improve operations, boost efficiency, and increase profits.
Additional Information:
  • Minimum 3–7 years of experience in business development or commercial management within the F&B sector.
  • Possess strong commercial acumen, including expertise in pricing strategies, cost modeling, and P&L management.
  • Well-versed in F&B operations, kitchen processes, and supply chain management.
  • Skilled in project management with the ability to handle multiple tenders and launches concurrently.
