Job summary
A facilities management solutions provider in Singapore is seeking a Sales/Business Development professional to generate new business and cultivate relationships in the construction industry. Responsibilities
- Generate new business in the Facilities Management of Buildings/Infrastructures.
- Form and build relationships with new and existing customers including developers, facilities owners and FM companies.
- Form and build relationships with new and existing technology solution partners.
- Meet targets/KPIs set out by management on a monthly/quarterly basis.
- Work closely with other relevant departments to assess clients’ needs and propose solutions to meet these needs.
- Work closely with marketing to sell the benefits of our unique range of products and packages.
- Support branding and business development in new domains or markets.
- Create a sales pipeline, working from prospect lists, cold calling, networking and conducting independent research.
- Attend industry functions such as trade shows, conferences and webinars and provide feedback on market trends, opportunities for businesses and partnerships.
Job Requirements
Essential requirements:
- Diploma/Degree holders
- Candidate must have strong sales/business development skills and should have experience in construction industry. Experience in Facilities Management will be an advantage
- Possess at least 2 years working experience in sales/business development.
- Possess good interpersonal skills
- Good communication, written and presentation skills.
- A proactive attitude and ability to work independently or within a team
Desirable requirements:
- Knowledge of AEC Softwares and BIM technology
- Knowledge and/or interests in IoT, AI, ML and Computer Aided FM systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
