AGX Logistics (S) Pte Ltd (AGX) is a subsidiary of Bursa Malaysia listed AGX Group Bhd, a SEA focused integrated logistics service provider providing Airfreight, Seafreight, Aerospace Logistics, 3PL Warehousing and Transportation Services.

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team at AGX Logistics (S) Pte Ltd. As a full-time position, you will play a crucial role in driving new lead initiatives to generate potential clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Source new customers for AGX’s services and increase revenue (Hunter Role);
  • Able to provide quotation to own customers;
  • Able to work closely with Air, Sea and Warehouse Operations Teams to deliver optimal service to customers;
  • Work with Finance Team for timely accounts receivable collection;
  • Contribute in Problem Solving during management meetings;
  • Prepare sales action plans and strategies.
Requirements:
  • Preferably with Diploma / Degree but not essential;
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities;
  • Have existing portfolio of clients;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in freight forwarding and logistics industry and 2 years in a Business Development Role;
  • Strong Knowledge of Freight Forwarding;
  • Knowledge of 3PL Warehouse, Transportation and aerospace logistics Sales and Operations an advantage.
