Permanent role/ 5 workdays/ HQ located at east area, short walking distance to MRT station.

Having at least 8 years of BDM/ Commercial and Tendering experience in the construction industry is mandatory.

Having consultancy network experience in the construction industry is preferred.

Job Responsibilities

• The Regional Business Development Manager reporting to GM.
• Responsible for Civil Infrastructure portfolio and Building portfolio.
• Responsible in lead strategic efforts to expand the Company’s presence and revenue streams across the Asia-Pacific region.
• Responsible in identifying new markets, building partnerships, strengthening client relationships, and supporting proposal development.
• Coordinate business development activities across regional offices.
• Identify and pursue new Civil & Building projects opportunities in Singapore and the wider APAC region.
• Develop networks with consultants (e.g. cost/design) to support project leads.
• Grow and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Lead proposal and presentation preparation for new bids/ Tenders.
• Collaborate with tender teams on RFP responses.
• Represent the Company at industry events and conferences.
• Mentor and guide junior team members.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• Having at least 10 years of experience in the construction industry is mandatory.
• Having main contractor experience in the construction industry is preferred.
