Job description

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager from the healthcare industry to drive growth for our healthcare software solutions. The role focuses on selling healthcare SaaS platforms and technology solutions to hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and healthcare networks across Singapore and Southeast Asia.

This is a high-impact, client-facing role requiring strong domain knowledge, consultative selling skills, and the ability to engage senior clinical, IT, and management stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new business acquisition for healthcare software solutions across hospitals, specialist clinics, primary care groups, and nursing homes
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified healthcare opportunities in Singapore and SEA
  • Engage with hospital management, clinicians, nursing leaders, IT teams, and procurement
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles: prospecting, solution positioning, demos, proposals, negotiation, and closure
  • Work closely with product, clinical, and delivery teams to ensure solution fit and successful deployments
  • Develop strategic partnerships with healthcare groups, system integrators, and channel partners
  • Track sales activities, forecasts, and CRM updates
  • Represent the company at healthcare events, conferences, and industry meetings
Required Experience & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of business development or sales experience in the healthcare industry
  • Proven track record selling healthcare software / SaaS / digital health solutions
  • Strong experience selling to hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, or healthcare groups
  • Familiarity with healthcare workflows, clinical operations, or hospital IT environments
  • Experience working in Singapore and/or Southeast Asia healthcare markets
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-driven, commercially minded, and comfortable working in a fast-growing environment
Nice-to-Have
  • Experience with hospital systems, EMR / EHR, RPM, telehealth, clinical platforms, or healthcare SaaS
  • Understanding of regional healthcare regulations and procurement processes
  • Existing network within hospitals, healthcare groups, or nursing home operators
  • Experience working with regional or cross-border healthcare projects
