Job description

• Develop new business opportunities for interior design and fit-out projects (commercial, retail, F&B, residential).
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
• Coordinate with design and QS teams for pricing and project proposals.
• Conduct market research and identify upcoming projects.
• Attend networking events and industry functions to generate leads.
• Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
