Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of B2B business development experience, preferably within Europe.
  • Previous experience in a consultative sales role, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of European business culture and market dynamics.
  • Fluency in English and a second European language is preferred.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Part‑time Business Development Manager (Europe) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be a networking expert with a proven track record in building robust pipelines and driving business growth across the European market.

  • Maintain accurate records and reports in our CRM system
  • Actively develop and maintain a strong network of small and mid‑size business owners within Europe
