Job Description: 1doc Health Group is expanding our network of AI-powered family clinics across Singapore. We are hiring a Business Development Manager to identify, engage, and qualify non-group GP clinics formergers, acquisitions, and partnership opportunities. You will play a key role in building our nationwide clinic footprint.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and map all non-group GP clinics in Singapore
  • Conduct outreach: walk-ins, calls, scheduled visits
  • Build strong relationships with clinic owners and doctors
  • Qualify clinics for M&A suitability (location, rental, profile, potential)
  • Arrange meetings between clinic owners and senior management
  • Maintain accurate lead lists, pipeline reports, and weekly updates
  • Support preliminary due diligence information gathering
Requirements
  • 3-7 years of experience in sales, BD, or healthcare-related roles
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confident speaking with senior doctors and clinic owners
  • Persistent, professional, and able to work independently
  • Experience in healthcare, pharma, or insurance is advantageous
Performance Indicators
  • 30-50 new clinic contacts/month
  • 10-15 owner engagements/month
  • Strong M&A pipeline development
