Music & Entertainment Sector
  • Identify and develop strategic business opportunities in the Chinese and Asian music markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with record labels, publishers, artists and digital platforms.
  • Negotiate and close music licensing, distribution, and collaboration deals.
  • Monitor market trends and copyright regulations across the region.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings.
F&B Sector
  • Drive business growth opportunities in F&B operations, partnerships, and brand collaborations.
  • Identify potential partners, venues, and franchise opportunities in key Asian markets.
  • Support the development of integrated music–lifestyle–F&B concepts and experiences.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (operations, marketing, legal, etc.) to ensure smooth deal execution.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Fluent in written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
  • Strong knowledge of music content copyright and licensing in China and Asia.
  • Proven experience in business development within the music and/or F&B industry.
  • Preferred: Prior experience at a major record label, music rights organization, or leading F&B group.
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and strategic planning skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment.
