Brief Summary:
  • Basic $6500 - $7000 (Depends on experience) + $1000 Transport Allowance + Comms
  • Mon - Fri: 8.30am - 5.30pm (Hybrid, 80% WFH)
  • Working location: Clementi
  • Permanent role + Variable Bonus
Job Responsibilities:
  • Collect detailed sales, customer visit, new customer, and competitor information for reporting during weekly catch-up calls with the KAM and Sales Director.
  • Collaborate with the technical and product development team to gather customer feedback and drive product improvements.
  • Source, analyze, and qualify a strategic pipeline of new and profitable business opportunities, and develop proposals and presentations for key stakeholders.
  • Maintain a database of prospects and customer activity utilizing appropriate tools and systems.
  • Prepare and manage a sales budget, forecast, and track KPI targets, pipeline, and revenue objectives.
  • Work closely with field sales colleagues and key stakeholders to identify and develop commercial initiatives and secure new business opportunities.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction and prepare and submit formal business tenders and proposals.
  • Stay informed about industry and competitor trends and bring forward fresh ideas for new business opportunities.
  • Maximize networking opportunities to increase awareness of the company.
Job Requirements:
  • Degree qualification or equivalent, preferably in an engineering or technical-related qualification
  • At Least 5 years experiences in Manufacturing, Seals & Seaking or Marine Industry
