Business Development Manager: APAC

Headquartered in Singapore, we are a fast-growing software start up developing cloud and mobile applications for the Building and Construction Industry. Our mission is to help customers improve their productivity, quality and safety. Our solutions are used daily by thousands of professionals.

We are expanding our product portfolio as well as our presence across Asia and Europe.

The Business Development Manager APAC is responsible for identifying business opportunities, managing end-to-end process, and driving revenue growth across the APAC region. This requires a strategic thinker with excellent organizational and communication skills to secure new business while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

What you will be doing

Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets across the APAC region.
  • Organically grow existing relationships/clients across the region/globe.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Present and demonstrate SaaS solutions to prospective clients, highlighting value propositions.
  • Manage tender processes, from preparation and submission to post-submission activities, including Capital Expenditure (CapEx) projects.
  • Analyse tender requirements, ensuring compliance with client specifications and company policies.
What you will need for this position
  • Bachelor’s degree in a Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience working in the Construction industry or coming from an Engineering background.
  • Proven experience in tender management and business development, preferably within the SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS solutions and their value to businesses.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and tender management tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
