As a growing clinic group with branches in Singapore and Malaysia, we are expanding our reach and looking for a Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives, build strong partnerships, and drive revenue performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to achieve sales targets and clinic expansion goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations in aesthetics, healthcare, and wellness sectors.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to position the clinic’s services effectively.
  • Work closely with marketing and operations teams to drive brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Prepare business performance reports, sales forecasts, and strategic proposals for management.
  • Lead, motivate, and train sales consultants to achieve KPIs and ensure excellent client experience.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in business development, sales, or healthcare/aesthetics industry preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently, with high initiative and results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in English; Mandarin/Malay is a plus to liaise with diverse clientele.
