A dynamic events agency in Singapore is seeking a Business Development Manager. You will identify new business opportunities, lead pitches, and build lasting client relationships in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of sales experience and strong communication skills. We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who gets excited about two things:
This is not a boiler-room sales job. You’ll need to be consultative, creative, and strategic. Our best clients stay for years — not just one project. So while hustle matters, EQ and trust-building matter more.
You’ll work closely with our founders (husband-and-wife team), sales lead, and creative team. You’ll be supported by solid internal tools like our Proposal Builder and Budget Builder so you’re not wasting time designing decks or chasing down numbers. Focus stays where it should: listening to clients, crafting the right approach, and getting deals over the line.
