About the Role

We are searching for creative, design-focused & business-savvy individuals to thrive along a team of Hustlers in a fast-paced environment, from producing mind-blowing proposals for new businesses & ideas, to execution of creative conception & physical production.

Client Relationships and Management
  • Assess client needs for products and services.
  • Developing project pitches, quotes and proposals for clients based on respective project briefs.
  • Oversee project pitches and provide counsel on project deliverables to manage client expectations and ensure successful execution.
  • Conduct negotiation of client project agreements.
  • Develop positive relationships and maintain contact with key decision-makers, influencers, event planners, associations and other stakeholders to drive revenue.
  • Identify, monitor, and manage risks related to projects.
  • Work closely with internal teams to manage client accounts.
Partner/Sponsor Management
  • Develop proposals in alignment to sponsorship strategies driven by insights from market research and analysis.
  • Conduct negotiation of sponsorship agreements.
  • Identify potential sponsors and drive engagement to support new sponsorship acquisitions.
  • Manage the onboarding of sponsors and execution of sponsorship deliverables.
  • Propose and measure sponsorship performance metrics and key performance indicators.
New Business Development
  • Analyse new businesses to increase market share through partnerships, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and Joint Ventures (JV).
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Implementation of business plans and penetration into new markets, recommend new products and services, propose and develop new strategic partnerships.
  • Identify and develop unique selling propositions and differentiators, monitor the market and industry for information and creative trends.
  • Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve projected growth goals.
  • Develop strong industry networks across clients, vendors, partners and institutions.
Talent Management
  • Demonstrate leadership attributes by managing your workload, and striving for best practices within the organisation.
  • Training personnel and helping team members develop business acumen.
Preferred Attributes:
  • Min. 3 years of relevant experience in a similar agency environment.
  • Strong organisational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritise multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, proven track record of successful pitching for new business.
  • Proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads.
