As we continue to grow and solidify our market presence, we are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Development Manager to spearhead our expansion and partnership initiatives.
Position Overview
The Business Development Manager is a key leadership role responsible for driving the growth and profitability of our clinic group. You will develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to forge new partnerships, enhance our corporate outreach, and strengthen our brand presence within the community. This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and a genuine passion for health and wellness.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Business Development & Growth
- Develop and implement a robust business development plan aligned with the company's vision and growth targets.
- Identify, target, and secure new corporate partnerships and B2B accounts (e.g., with SMEs, MNCs, government agencies) for corporate wellness programs and preferred provider arrangements.
- Explore and evaluate new market opportunities, including potential new clinic locations or service line expansions.
2. Partnership & Alliance Management
- Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with key referral partners, including General Practitioners (GPs), orthopedic specialists, sports medicine facilities, fitness centers, gyms, and complementary therapy providers.
- Establish a formal network and referral system to create a steady pipeline of new patients.
3. Community Engagement & Brand Building
- Design and lead community outreach programs, health talks, workshops, and corporate wellness seminars to raise brand awareness and position our clinics as the authority in chiropractic care.
- Represent the company at health fairs, industry conferences, and networking events.
4. Marketing & Sales Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop compelling sales collateral, partnership proposals, and promotional materials.
- Provide market intelligence and customer insights to inform marketing campaigns and digital strategy.
- Track, analyze, and report on the ROI of business development activities.
5. Internal Clinic Support & Performance
- Work with Clinic Managers to understand local market challenges and opportunities at each outlet.
- Develop initiatives and tools to support the clinics in achieving their individual and collective revenue targets.
- Act as a bridge between the corporate strategy and clinic-level execution.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in a business development, sales, or partnership role, preferably within the healthcare, wellness, or fitness industry in Singapore.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and building long-term, profitable relationships.
- Experience in the healthcare sector, especially in a multi-outlet or clinic environment, is a significant advantage.
