- Identify and Secure New Business Opportunities
Develop and implement business growth strategies by identifying potential clients, tender opportunities, and partnership prospects across public and private construction sectors. - Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, architects, and government agencies to promote company capabilities and secure recurring projects. - Tendering and Proposal Management
Oversee bid preparation, cost estimation coordination, and proposal submissions; ensure compliance with client specifications and tender requirements. - Market Analysis and Strategic Planning
Conduct market intelligence on industry trends, competitors, and pricing to support decision-making and business positioning in key construction segments (e.g. civil, infrastructure, building works). - Collaboration and Project Support
Work closely with project, engineering, and procurement teams to align proposals with operational capacity and ensure seamless handover after contract award. - Brand and Business Development Initiatives
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to enhance brand visibility and develop strategic alliances. - Performance and Reporting
Track sales performance, prepare management reports, and provide forecasts to ensure business targets are met or exceeded.
