Job description

The trainee will assist in developing and executing business growth strategies for Asam Tree Café, Bakery & Restaurant, focusing on market expansion, partnership building, and brand development to strengthen the company’s position in the F&B industry.

Specific Responsibilities
  1. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential customer segments.
  2. Develop strategies to expand Asam Tree’s brand presence within and beyond the local community.
  3. Assist in identifying and establishing partnerships with suppliers, corporate clients, and event organizers.
  4. Prepare and present business proposals and partnership agreements.
  5. Support management in analyzing market trends and competitive positioning.
  6. Participate in marketing and promotional planning to enhance brand visibility.
  7. Coordinate with the Director to ensure alignment of business goals.
  8. Support the tracking and reporting of growth initiatives to inform strategic decisions.
  9. Assist in planning new product launches or service improvements to meet evolving customer demands.
Technical Skills and Competencies
  • Strong understanding of business development and strategic planning.
  • Ability to perform market research and feasibility analysis.
