Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Evvo Labs. As a BDM, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Cybersecurity, ICT, IoT, and AI spaces. You will serve as the primary point of contact for new clients, developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • New Business Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Cybersecurity, ICT, IoT, and AI spaces, leveraging your network and industry expertise.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Solution Selling: Develop and deliver customized solutions that meet specific client needs, leveraging our expertise in Cybersecurity, ICT, IoT, and AI.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments, providing insights and recommendations to inform business growth strategies.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage sales pipeline, identifying new opportunities and pursuing them to closure.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, to ensure alignment and effective execution.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  2. Experience: 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the technology industry.
  3. Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or related field, with a focus on cyber security services.
  4. Previously from Solution Integrator
  5. Proven track record of driving revenue /growth and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  6. Strong understanding of B2B sales cycle and negotiation skills.
  7. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis tools.
  8. Strong understanding of the cyber security market, including trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  9. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  10. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
