Job summary
A gourmet chocolate manufacturer in Singapore is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive sales growth across B2B and retail channels. You will build relationships with various partners, explore overseas expansion, and work closely with management on pricing and branding strategies. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development, excellent negotiation skills, and a strong understanding of regional markets.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Sales or Business Development.
- Strong network and understanding of Singapore and regional markets.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills with proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Self-motivated, independent and able to develop new channels from scratch.
- Experience working in a small-to-medium enterprise (SME) environment is an advantage.

- Develop and execute business development plans to drive sales growth across B2B and retail channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, distributors, and hospitality partners.
- Identify and secure partnerships with gift retailers and tourism operators.
- Explore overseas expansion and cross-border e-commerce opportunities.
- Work closely with management to formulate pricing and branding strategies.
- Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports for senior management.
