A leading online fashion retailer based in Singapore is seeking a qualified candidate for the role focused on distributor management and market expansion in Southeast Asia. The successful applicant will lead and develop partnerships with offline retailers, ensuring sales delivery and collaboration with cross-functional teams. A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years' experience in channel management are required, with a background in beauty or FMCG preferred. Proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of Thai or Filipino is advantageous.
Distributor Management & Market Expansion (50%)
Responsible for developing and managing offline distributors and retail partners in key Southeast Asian markets such as the Philippines, Thailand, and Singapore;
Independently lead the end-to-end distributor development process including partner scouting, business negotiation, pricing policy design, and contract execution;
Build and maintain an up-to-date channel map, identifying high-potential retail networks (e.g., Watsons, Guardian, independent beauty stores), and drive in-store listing and sell-in;
Manage monthly order cadence, sell-out tracking, and rebate implementation to ensure healthy inventory and sustainable GMV growth.
Channel Operations & Sales Delivery (40%)
Collaborate with local distributors to define annual/monthly sales targets, promotion calendar, and merchandising strategies based on market dynamics;
Oversee on‑ground execution of listing, retail activation, promoter training, and shelf display performance to improve product sell‑through;
Continuously optimize offline pricing, profit structure, and distribution depth to ensure achievement of both GMV and profitability KPIs;
Monitor regional sales data and provide performance review reports to extract replicable channel operation best practices.
Cross‑functional Collaboration & Project Support (10%)
Work closely with brand, e‑commerce, legal, and product teams to ensure alignment of online‑offline business strategy;
Support local compliance requirements, product registration, import documentation, and sample dispatch for new product launches.
1.Bachelor’s degree or above, with minimum 3 years of experience in offline channel management or distributor operations;
2.Background in beauty or FMCG industry is preferred; experience in Southeast Asian markets or negotiations is a strong plus;
3.Solid understanding of retail distribution models, profit & rebate mechanisms, and sell‑in/sell‑out strategies;
4.Proven ability to independently develop distributor partnerships and lead commercial negotiations; experience in contract execution and payment follow‑up is a plus;
5.Strong execution and self‑motivation, with excellent multi‑tasking and cross‑border collaboration skills;
6.Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Thai or Filipino is a plus;
7.Open to business travel across Southeast Asia as needed.
