Job Description

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding market presence, and building strategic partnerships for Ke-Graceful Pte. Ltd.’s restaurant operations and liquor distribution business in Singapore. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing sales and marketing strategies, strengthening distribution channels, and ensuring regulatory compliance in the F&B and liquor sector.

The ideal candidate will have strong commercial acumen, a network within the F&B and hospitality industry, and a solid understanding of Singapore’s licensing and distribution landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to increase sales and expand market share for both the restaurant and liquor distribution arms.
  • Identify and secure new B2B and B2C clients, including restaurants, hotels, bars, wholesalers, and retailers.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers, distributors, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Lead the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, events, and product launches.
  • Oversee and manage licensing requirements for liquor distribution and F&B operations in accordance with Singapore law.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms to ensure profitability and long-term growth.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for expansion.
  • Collaborate closely with the operations, marketing, and finance teams to align business objectives.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for management.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
Job Requirements
  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of business development or sales experience in the F&B or liquor distribution industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore’s F&B and liquor licensing regulations.
  • Proven track record in business growth, client acquisition, and strategic partnership building.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
  • Fluency in English required; Mandarin or other regional languages is advantageous.
Additional Requirements
