Job description

• Familiarize yourself with the rules of direct selling platform/chain store system operation, identify target audiences, analyze market trends, and gather insights and reports to guide marketing strategies.
• Experience in direct sales or chain store marketing in overseas markets outside of China and corresponding resources.
• Create and execute direct sales or chain store development and services through email, social media, trade events, and other channels to generate leads and target customers.
• Build good customer relationships to understand customer needs and provide tailor‑made solutions.
• Be proficient in providing customers with companies, products, models and systems, and be able to provide systematic support to customers.
• Achieves sales targets and contributes to the company's revenue growth.
• Works closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and maximized results, and is proficient in organizing meetings and training sessions to increase customer awareness.

Job Requirements

• More than 3 years working experience in health care, cosmetics, daily necessities and other related industries, direct selling industry is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or above in business administration, marketing or other related majors.
