Essential Job Functions

As a Business Development Manager, the candidate will hunt and develop new businesses with a focus on Air & Ocean freight with the aim to positively impact the profitability of the Company.

• Proactively identify and develop potential customers in accordance with the company's objectives.
• Follow‑up on leads for potential customers.
• Monitor and evaluate market trends and dynamics to identify and establish new business opportunities.
• Participate in Customer Relationship Management activities and initiatives to improve business relationships, customer retention, and new businesses from existing customers.
• Work in partnership with Commercial and Operations teams to achieve service excellence.

• Possess 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar capacity.
