With multiple retail branches, we are committed to delivering quality and value to our customers across various neighborhoods. We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth, manage branch performance, and identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase market share and revenue
  • Oversee operations and performance of all branches to ensure consistency and efficiency
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and retail expansion
  • Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies
  • Work closely with procurement, logistics, and store teams to ensure product availability and quality
  • Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and KPIs to recommend improvements
  • Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and key customers
  • Assist in recruiting, training, and developing branch management teams
  • Prepare regular business reports for management review
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development or retail operations, preferably in FMCG or grocery retail
