Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Leader with some understanding of Facil, Computer Vision, and related technologies. This role requires someone who can translate complex technical concepts into simple, fundamental ideas that resonate with our clients, particularly in the government and enterprise sectors. The ideal candidate will be a people-oriented relationship builder with a proven track record of closing deals and driving sales growth. This position offers a competitive salary with negotiable commission-based incentives.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead the sales strategy for our Digital Twins, Computer Vision, and related IT solutions, targeting government and enterprise clients.
  2. Simplify and effectively communicate complex technical concepts to clients, bridging the gap between technical details and business value.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  4. Drive the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring alignment with company goals and client requirements.
  5. Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations that clearly articulate the value of our solutions.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, product development, and marketing, to align sales strategies with product offerings.
  7. Identify new market opportunities and expand the company’s footprint in the Digital Twins and Computer Vision sectors.
  8. Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
  9. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities.
Required qualifications
  1. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field preferred but not necessary.
  2. Proven track record of success in sales, particularly in IT solutions or related fields.
  3. Good understanding of Digital Twins, Computer Vision, and IoT technologies, with the ability to explain these concepts in simple terms.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Demonstrated ability to build relationships and close deals in complex, technical sales environments.
  6. Experience selling to government agencies or enterprise clients is highly desirable.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  8. High level of initiative, motivation, and drive to achieve results.
