Qualifications

  • 3–5 years’ B2B sales experience in SaaS, technology, or consultative solutions.
  • Proven record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with C-suite and senior stakeholders.
  • Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English to liaise with Chinese clients.
  • Familiarity with SPIN / Challenger / MEDDIC selling methods and CRM platforms.
  • Experience in the construction or built-environment sector is an advantage.

The Role

We’re seeking a Business Development Manager (Cantonese & Mandarin Speaker) to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth in the Hong Kong and Singapore construction market. You’ll act as a trusted consultant, introducing decision-makers to Hubexo’s leading SaaS platform, LeadManager.

This is a pure business-development role focusing on prospecting, consultative selling, and closing deals. Account Managers will handle post-sale client success.

What You’ll Do
  • Identify & Engage: Prospect and connect with developers, architects, contractors, and suppliers.

  • Consult & Present: Deliver tailored product demos and craft winning proposals for senior decision-makers.

  • Close Deals: Lead negotiations, manage multi-stakeholder buying processes, and secure long‑term partnerships.

  • Expand Market Reach: Explore opportunities across Hong Kong and Southeast Asia to grow Hubexo’s footprint.

  • Track Performance: Manage your pipeline with CRM tools and apply data insights to improve conversion rates.

What You Bring
