Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the key driver for our client's international business expansion efforts in Singapore.
  • Assists Chinese enterprises in end-to-end support, registering, setting up and operating their businesses locally.
  • Act as a liaison between Chinese clients and local stakeholders, ensuring smooth and efficient communication.
  • Assists with opening corporate and personal bank accounts in compliance with local regulations.
  • Sourcing and securing suitable commercial and residential properties tailored to clients' needs.
  • Full guidance and processing support for employment passes, dependent passes, and long-term stays.
  • In-depth market research and risk assessments to support informed business decisions before investing.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in business development, client acquisition, or account management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese (spoken and written) is essential to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients and partners
  • Able to travel with Chinese management and communicate effectively during business trips
  • Proven ability to build rapport with decision-makers and navigate complex sales cycles
  • Sociable and comfortable in professional social settings, including business dinners and networking events where alcohol may be served
  • Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset
  • Experience in a Corporate Service Provider (CSP) environment is an advantage
