Job description
Responsibilities
  • Accountable in managing and developing existing and/or new customer accounts in Indonesia.
  • Responsible to create new businesses, formulate strategic partnerships with end customers through proactive engagements.
  • A “Hunter” who is constantly prospecting, identifying new business opportunities and targeting new potential customers.
  • Able to develop a project pipeline, present its business case, execute, and achieve departmental KPIs.
  • To collaborate closely with Design team.
  • Expected to be independent, yet able to work well in a dynamic team, self‑motivated, result oriented and driven.
Requirement
  • Bachelor's Degree or min. Diploma in a relevant discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of experiences in Construction Industry with Interior Design backgrounds preferred.
  • Strong understanding of office interior design trends, space planning, and workplace solutions.
  • Proven track record in project management and competence in sales/business development activities.
  • Familiar with financial modelling.
  • Able to speak other language is an added advantage.
  • Diligent, self‑motivated and a team player.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Flair in business development strategies and techniques.
