You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, expanding customer accounts, and driving revenue growth within the logistics and supply chain sector. Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Logistics/Freight/Supply Chain industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and strategic customers.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations to potential clients.
  • Work closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of customer requirements.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive activities.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with customers.
  • Track and report sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline activities.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in logistics sales, business development, or freight forwarding.
  • Strong knowledge in logistics solutions such as freight forwarding, warehousing, transportation, or 3PL services.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and growing customer accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
