Job Scope / Responsibilities

  1. Business Growth & Strategy
    Identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships to expand the company’s reach.
    Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
    Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adjust strategies accordingly.
  2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
    Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
    Manage client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
    Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals to meet sales objectives.
  3. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
    Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance) to ensure alignment in delivering client solutions.
    Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and conferences.
  4. Performance & Reporting
    Develop and track KPIs to measure business development performance.
    Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review.
Job Requirements
  1. Education & Experience
    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field (MBA is an advantage).
    3–7 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or key account management (industry-specific experience preferred).
  2. Skills & Competencies
    Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
    Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
