Summary of the Overall Job
Based on mid-term growth strategy, and Terumo Asia Pacific regional business needs, this Job will be responsible to new business development include but not limited below:
- Identifying new business opportunities and evaluating its impact and feasibility.
- Searching and screening strategic fit external partners, who will produce / supply products and services or jointly sell Terumo’s product and services, or purchase /use our product or services.
- Communicating with internal stakeholders (RHQ-BU and Global HQ BU /BD) to align new business opportunity and necessity of external partners.
- Do negotiations with external candidates or external stakeholders to develop opportunity into real business and maximize HQ / Terumo Asia Pacific benefit.
- Conducting due diligence
Key Functions / Responsibilities
- Identifying business opportunities and evaluating their impact and feasibility, and searching and screening strategic fit external partner in area of below either another segment vs current segment or adjacent portfolio on top of current portfolio.
- Do negotiations with external candidates or external stakeholders, aligning with internal stakeholders
- Conducting due diligence.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Preference of experiencing merger and acquisition
- Other past experience business unit managemetn, upstream marketing, prodcut manager/specialist, business development department, PMO Office
