A leading construction solutions provider in Singapore is seeking an experienced sales professional to achieve sales targets and identify growth opportunities in the construction market. You will represent the company, provide customer solutions, and support stakeholders through effective communication. Ideal candidates should have a strong network in the construction industry and expertise in customer relations.
Responsibilities
- Achieve the sales target set by management.
- Represent the company as a specialist in the construction industry.
- Identify opportunities from the construction market for growth.
- Evaluate and submit analysis for new customers.
- Build and maintain a network with stakeholders.
- Maintain communication with leadership on trends and issues.
- Provide tailored solutions to customers.
- Support and train customers.
- To achieve the sales target set by management
- Represent the company and be recognized as a specialist in the construction (Aluminium & Glass)industry
- Be a HUNTER to identify opportunities from the construction market and potential clients for growth
- Evaluate and submit an analysis of the potential of a new customer
- Build and maintain a network list with stakeholders (Developers, Consultants, Architects, Contractors, etc)
- Ensure there is constant communication with the leadership team on current trends, issues, problems, and activities to facilitate product-making and strategy development
- Provide solutions on a case-to-case basis to customer
- Provide support/ training/ troubleshooting to customer
