Job summary

A leading technology company in Singapore is seeking a skilled individual for business development within the Automotive and Medical sectors. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, possess 5-7 years of relevant experience, and demonstrate strong leadership, analytical, and customer relation skills. Responsibilities
  • Business Development covering the Automotive & Medical sectors including Medical device assembly
    • marketing, market research, prospecting, developing relationships with potential customers
    • Program management & Accounts management activities of established customers
  • Scope includes metal, ceramic & plastic parts fabrication via conventional & MIM + press sintered technologies
    • parts, assemblies, box builds
    • Customer base includes MNCs and startup companies
  • Business Development
    • market intelligence

    • sales planning with profit targets

  • Program management
    • Interpret & translate customer’s requirements to the project team
    • engage customer & project team to meet program deliverables on time
    • manage project team resources
    • lead NPI to the factory through the RTP process

    • Maintain & expand existing accounts
    • manage quality, cost & delivery KPIs
    • maintain & strengthen customer relationships & customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess a min Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
  • Preferably technical background with 5-7 years in a similar or related environment.
  • Resourceful and analytical, leadership qualities with good decision making.
  • Positive attitude, initiative & willingness to take on challenges.
