Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused business development personnel to join our F&B team. A successful candidate will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets, building customer relationships, and promoting our products/service and event space. This key role will drive revenue growth by fostering strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and high-net-worth individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
The Business Development Executive is responsible, but not limited to, the following:
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Develop, execute, and monitor sales strategies with our existing and new customers to achieve sales targets and profitability.
- Correspond and arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Prepare sales proposals ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify and develop new leads and business opportunities.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products.
- To actively report and update management on all bookings and appointments.
- Track and report key metrics including guest interactions, sales performance, and event outcomes.
- Provide actionable feedback to management on guest trends, opportunities for improvement, and market demands.
Qualifications/ Skills and Abilities:
- At least 3-5 year of experience in sales with a track record of converting interactions into bookings and revenue.
- Good team player, Outgoing, personable, and confident when interacting with high-profile clients and guests
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate, self-driven and takes initiative
- Excellent negotiation, pitching, and presentation skills.
- Strong existing network of corporate decision-makers and/or high-net-worth individuals is highly advantageous.

- Salary: $2,800 – $4,000 (Based on Experience)
