The Company

Roles and Responsibilities
Commercial/ Strategic Responsibilities
  • Responsible for Sales achievement of markets under responsibility.
  • Strategic roadmap planning for future market expansion (1-2 years ahead)
  • Source for new opportunities to grow sales & distribution within the market via new products, OEM and marketing collaboration
  • Managing and overseeing allocated marketing spend within an agreed budget.
  • Managing market sales forecast and planning
  • Managing markets social media (where applicable and required) or work with relevant partners to achieve this
Customer Management
  • Liaising and managing relationship with distributors/partners across all levels and departments
  • Align with the partners their yearly marketing and distribution plans and motivate the partners to uphold the execution as planned
  • Arrange and lead the monthly, quarterly and bi-yearly review meetings with the partners and follow up diligently with the next action plan
  • Support partners with local product registrations
  • Assist partners with business ideas based on success stories/ case studies from other market
  • Ensure that all information provided by HQ were communicated clearly and efficiently to the relevant partners for any further actions
Our dream candidates
  • University degree in business, marketing, economics or related fields.
  • Fresh graduate up to 2 years relevant experience in distributor sales dealing
  • Previous experience in handling distributor would be advantageous
  • Willing to travel and may be required to stay overseas for a prolonged period of time up to 50% of the time, good negotiations and communication skills
  • Open-minded, result-oriented with customer-centricity mindset
  • Detail oriented, strong analytical skills, business planning and implementation
  • Passion to grow the business, strong time management skill and able to work under pressure and adapt to changeable environment
  • Able to work independently and with minimal supervision
