Business Development Executive / Senior Exec (Local Sales/Export)
- In charge of developing sales and marketing strategy in assigned territories including marketing initiatives, business development opportunities, new market entry plan and analysis, budget and timeline.
- Pro-actively innovate and respond to market needs.
- Knowledge of regional market in terms of new product development, market potential/size, key players, consumption patterns, etc.
- Manage and build relationships with customers and distributors.
- Enable negotiations regarding price variations, customer specifications, and promotional mechanisms.
- Participate in global trade shows and exhibitions to promote brand awareness.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Marketing / Business / Management or equivalent.
- Possess an outgoing personality with a high level of self‑motivation and determination.
- Strong in customer relationship management and networking.
- Good command of English and Mandarin (to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking associates).
- Willingness to travel as and when required.
- We will consider offering Senior BD Executive or Assistant Manager role if the successful candidate has the right competencies and experience to undertake the higher level role.
