Job Description:
VIC Interior Pte Ltd is looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive (Sales) to drive sales growth and secure new business opportunities in the healthcare interior fit-out sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, managing tenders on GeBIZ, Ariba, and SESAMi, and building strong client relationships to expand the company’s market presence. This role requires a proactive and strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills and a strong understanding of Singapore’s public and private sector tendering processes.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the healthcare, government, and commercial interior fit-out sectors.
Generate and qualify leads, converting them into sales opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
Prepare and manage tender submissions on GeBIZ, Ariba, and SESAMi, ensuring accuracy and compliance with requirements.
Analyze tender documents, gather necessary information, and coordinate with internal teams to develop competitive bids.
Monitor and track government and private sector tenders, ensuring timely submission.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business prospects.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance brand visibility and secure long-term contracts.
Provide insights on pricing strategies and contract negotiation to maximize profitability.
Engage with new and existing clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry meetings to expand business connections.
Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Education: Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field from a recognized Singapore institution.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or tender management, preferably in interior fit-out, construction, or healthcare-related industries.
Technical Skills:
Proven experience in GeBIZ, Ariba, and SESAMi tendering processes.
Strong understanding of government procurement and private sector bidding.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Soft Skills:
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
