A recruitment agency is seeking a Business Development Executive in Singapore to identify and strengthen relationships with key retail partners within the FMCG sector. This role involves driving sales performance, managing retail inventories, and providing product expertise. Candidates must have 3-5 years of channel sales experience and strong communication skills. The salary can go up to $3,500/month, plus allowances and incentives.
Channel Sales Development & Management: Identify, establish, and strengthen relationships with key retail partners to expand and optimise sales channels.
Sales Execution: Engage actively with retail partners to drive product visibility and sales performance. Coordinate promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
Retail Inventory Management: Collaborate with partners to review stock levels, perform regular inventory checks, and forecast demand to ensure adequate supply.
Product Expertise & Customer Support: Develop in-depth knowledge of perishable products. Provide product training to merchandisers and support retail partners.
Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular sales and inventory reports, monitor performance trends, and identify improvement opportunities.
Market Insights: Collect market intelligence on customer preferences and competitor activities. Provide feedback to improve product offerings and marketing strategies.

💰 Salary: Up to $3,500/month + AWS + Fixed Transport Allowance ($1,000) + Sales Incentive
🕒 Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:45 PM; Alternate Saturdays: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
