Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking a Business Development Executive in Singapore to identify and strengthen relationships with key retail partners within the FMCG sector. The salary can go up to $3,500/month, plus allowances and incentives.

  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage retail inventories effectively.
  • Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence; own vehicle will be an added advantage.

Channel Sales Development & Management: Identify, establish, and strengthen relationships with key retail partners to expand and optimise sales channels.

Sales Execution: Engage actively with retail partners to drive product visibility and sales performance. Coordinate promotional activities and marketing campaigns.

Retail Inventory Management: Collaborate with partners to review stock levels, perform regular inventory checks, and forecast demand to ensure adequate supply.

Product Expertise & Customer Support: Develop in-depth knowledge of perishable products. Provide product training to merchandisers and support retail partners.

Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular sales and inventory reports, monitor performance trends, and identify improvement opportunities.

Market Insights: Collect market intelligence on customer preferences and competitor activities. Provide feedback to improve product offerings and marketing strategies.

Requirements

📍 Location: Senoko Drive

💰 Salary: Up to $3,500/month + AWS + Fixed Transport Allowance ($1,000) + Sales Incentive

🕒 Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:45 PM; Alternate Saturdays: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
