A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is looking for a Business Development Executive to develop sales strategies and manage relationships in the medical aesthetic sector. The ideal candidate will have a degree, relevant sales experience, and strong communication skills. Responsibilities include conducting demonstrations, generating leads, and attending industry events. This role requires both autonomous work and collaboration within a team.
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Develop and implement impactful sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for medical aesthetic equipment.
Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and clients.
Conduct engaging demonstrations to highlight the benefits and features of medical aesthetic equipment.
Provide clients with essential information, including usage instructions and safety precautions.
Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
Attend industry conferences and trade shows to expand the customer base and generate leads.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient delivery of equipment and parts while resolving customer inquiries.
A degree in a relevant field.
Proven experience as a sales representative within the medical sector.
Knowledge of medical aesthetic equipment is advantageous.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with various stakeholders.
Strong negotiation and persuasion capabilities.
Results-driven mindset demonstrated by a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
