Job Responsibilities

• Identify new and prospective customers through cold-calling, manage the end-to-end sales process, and achieve sales quotas.
• Deliver tailored sales presentations and conduct system demonstrations independently.
• Manage existing accounts, negotiate agreements, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Prepare proposals, RFP responses, tender documents, and related materials.
• Work with internal teams and partners to deliver solutions and maintain CRM and sales pipeline reports.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in IT related field.
• Proven experience in B2B or corporate sales, ideally selling software (SaaS) or business services.
• Track record of selling to HR managers/directors and/or C-level executives.
• Familiar with HR software, HR processes, or payroll outsourcing services is a strong advantage.
