Working Location: Jalan Besar
Working hours: 9am - 6pm
Salary: $4500 - $5000 + commission + Allowance
Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will collaborate closely with our Senior Business Development Manager to contribute to the overall planning and execution of sales strategies. Your primary responsibilities will include achieving sales and profitability objectives while fostering strong customer relationships.

Core Responsibilities
  • Research, explore and recommend new opportunities for the HORECA sector.
  • Organise and plan sales visits, with/without appointments.
  • Establish contact and develop relationships with prospects.
  • Present service and product offerings, tailored to customized solutions, to prospects.
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
  • Work closely with management team to ensure all operational, administrative, and compliance functions within the company are being properly executed in accordance to regulatory-based best practices.
  • Work with the Operations & Marketing department to ensure sales targets are met
  • Plan quarterly objectives and key results
  • Implementation of projects that will assist in the company’s sales
  • Establish a professional relationship with clients, internal staff and external vendors
  • Stay up to date on industry regulations and trends
  • Any ad hoc duties as required
Requirements, Knowledge, Skills
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry is a must have
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and customer relationship management
  • Team player with a positive learning attitude and competent in the field of sales and marketing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Word and Excel to conduct analysis and generate reports
  • Demonstrate ability to handle work professionally, independently and efficiently with a strong customer service mindset
  • Possess effective organisational and follow-up skills, results oriented and pays attention to details
