About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and well-connected Business Development Executive to drive fund sales and business growth in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of investors, family offices, wealth managers, and financial institutions, with a proven ability to open doors and build long‑term investment relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage with potential investors, high‑net‑worth individuals (HNWIs), family offices, and institutional clients to promote fund offerings.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve fundraising and sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, intermediaries, and partners within the investment ecosystem.
  • Present fund performance, strategies, and market outlook to prospective investors.
  • Collaborate with the investment and marketing teams to prepare sales materials and presentations.
  • Stay abreast of market developments, investor sentiment, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.
  • Manage the end‑to‑end client engagement process — from lead generation to onboarding and relationship management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of experience in fund sales, asset management, or private wealth management.
  • Strong network of contacts among investors, family offices, wealth managers, or financial advisors in Singapore.
  • Demonstrated success in originating and closing fund investment opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a results‑driven environment.
  • Deep understanding of investment products, fund structures, and regulatory landscape in Singapore.
Preferred Attributes
  • Experience in alternative investments, private equity, hedge funds, or real estate funds.
  • MAS‑relevant certifications or CMFAS qualifications.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and nurturing client relationships.
