Business Development Executive (Freight Sales)

5 Days (Monday to Friday, 8:30AM – 6:00 PM)

UP $4,500 Basic + AWS + Variable Bonus

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new freight forwarding opportunities across sea, air, and land.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and profit goals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling.
• Handle contract negotiations, quotations, and proposal follow-ups.
• Collaborate with operations and apply regional logistics knowledge to stay competitive.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in logistics or freight forwarding, preferably airfreight.
• Proven sales success with a strong hunter mentality to drive lead generation and deal closures.
• Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and strong knowledge of the S.E.A. logistics market.
